AnnSPENCERJim and family would like to thank Ann's and our friends, former colleagues, neighbours, and all of those who attended Ann's funeral, for all their cards, kind thoughts and messages on our very sad loss. Also thank you for the donations made to the Amyloidosis Fund. Thank you also to Canon John Sharpe for a most beautiful service, and to the Co-op Funeral Service for their help and kindness. A huge thanks to Ward 27 at the Glenfield Hospital, to the doctors, nurses, catering staff and all for their loving care given to Ann and myself in her last few weeks.
